HSFG Bolts to IS 3757, EN 14399 and ASTM F3125 (A325 / A490)
S R Forgings is an HSFG bolts manufacturer and exporter at Focal Point, Ludhiana, India. We hot forge and heat treat high strength friction grip bolt assemblies — bolt, nut and hardened washer supplied as a matched set — to IS 3757 / IS 6623 / IS 6649, EN 14399 and ASTM F3125 grades A325 and A490, in property classes 8.8S and 10.9S, from M16 to M36 as the standards tabulate. Beyond the tables we make customised HSFG bolts to drawing — we have manufactured 75 mm diameter HSFG bolts, heavy head versions and lengths up to 2500 mm.
Every assembly is supplied with a material test certificate and mechanical test report. Finishes available: black, hot-dip galvanised and zinc flake. Customised HSFG Bolts
HSFG bolts outside the standard tables, made to your drawing: diameters up to 75 mm, heavy or non-standard heads, grip lengths that do not exist in IS 3757, lengths to 2500 mm. Example: M42 10.9S with a 45 mm head for a data centre structure.

Standard Hex Bolts
Hex bolts to IS 1364, ISO 4014 / 4017 and DIN 931 / 933 in property classes 4.6, 5.6, 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9. Full or half thread; metric, UNC, UNF and BSW. Supplied in any coating you specify — black, zinc plated, hot-dip galvanised, zinc flake or others.
